Everything! Amazingly Beautiful Hotel. The bed, sheets & pillows are incredible! That is the most important thing in a hotel is a good night sleep & you want to sleep as soon as you hit the pillow. perfection!

I was offered a room with lovely views of the South Saskatchewan River valley. the hotel's location was central, to the midtown mall, attractions, destination neighborhoods, and close to downtown.

I liked the convenience of being close to everything and getting in a good walk each day.
We had a problem with the heat in our room (none) for the four days we were there. It never got resolved and finally on the fourth night, we were given a portable heater.

The staff were fantastic; the room was wonderful. It was quiet--a really solid building. The breakfast, which was included, was okay, although limited (if you want a huge buffet, you won't get it, but the food is high quality). The bathrobes were kick-ass; the toiletries were also very nice. I had a suite, and it had a bigger TV in my bedroom than I have at home (but I didn't watch it so I can't say anything about the programming).
I am tired of hotels that have the Keurig system because it's wasteful and really limited. but it appears that this is the trend these days. However, with that in mind, this place gave you four cups of different types of coffee, one of tea and one of hot chocolate. So if you like that system, you'll be well served. The desk had a chair that was totally inappropriate for desk work, although it looked good in the very stylish room. Note, when I asked, they brought me a proper desk chair immediately. I mean, within 5 minutes. Other than the coffee issue, I have no complaints.
